What is Workforce Kinetics’s cancellation/refund policy?
You can cancel your Workforce Kinetics account at any time. If you should decide to cancel, please understand we’re unable to offer prorated refunds. Your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period and you won’t be charged further.
How does Workforce Kinetics bill you?
Your bills are generated monthly and are payable automatically by credit card or become due after a set number of days after the bill is generated. For example, if you set your due day to be on the 17th, your bill become due on the 18th of each month.
Can I try before I buy?
Workforce Kinetics provides a hassle-free demo portal that you can use to for assessment and training. Securing your data is a contractual agreement and cannot be free at this time.
What types of payment do you accept?

Can I switch plans?

Does the purchased license apply only to active users? What happens when an employee is separated?
You are billed $0.50 per month, per active employee + any regular cost provided to that employee. If an employee is separated or become inactive, then you can request that their data be removed to avoid being billed for that employee.
