Frequently Asked Questions about billing

What is Workforce Kinetics’s cancellation/refund policy?

You can cancel your Workforce Kinetics account at any time. If you should decide to cancel, please understand we’re unable to offer prorated refunds. Your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period and you won’t be charged further.

How does Workforce Kinetics bill you?

Your bills are generated monthly and are payable automatically by credit card or become due after a set number of days after the bill is generated. For example, if you set your due day to be on the 17th, your bill become due on the 18th of each month.

Can I try before I buy?

Workforce Kinetics provides a hassle-free demo portal that you can use to for assessment and training. Securing your data is a contractual agreement and cannot be free at this time.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer. For more details, please contact [email protected] for more information.

Can I switch plans?

Of course, you can! Send us an email of your organization's change and we will adjust your subscription plan. For more details, please contact [email protected]

Does the purchased license apply only to active users? What happens when an employee is separated?

You are billed $0.50 per month, per active employee + any regular cost provided to that employee. If an employee is separated or become inactive, then you can request that their data be removed to avoid being billed for that employee.

Do you offer discounts?

We’ve worked really hard to keep our costs as low as possible. We can offer discounts on our annual plan. If you’re still having financial difficulties, reach out to our support team and we’ll see what we can do. For more details, please contact [email protected]

Will I be billed more if I add more employees?

Yes. Whenever you add employees, they are reflected in your bill the following month.

Do you charge for employees who are on leave?

Yes, employees who are on leave must be tracked for HR records, compliance, and more, and are therefore included in your billable headcount.

Where to view your Workforce Kinetics invoices

You can view them all from within your Workforce Kinetics administrator console. Select Billing & Payments from the subscription menu.

Why am I being asked to authorize Workforce Kinetics with my bank or credit card company?

If you’re checking out/updating a credit card, we need to ask you to whitelist us (Workforce Kinetics, Your People Inc.) with your credit card company. That way, credit card companies do not block our attempts to debit them and you don’t experience a service disruption.
