Generating a P24 Form

Employees are personally liable to the Government for failing to ensure that their returns are filed. A P-24 form/certificate is a document that is generated by Payroll officers and given to employees listing taxable earnings, Superannuations, and NIS contributions for the end of a payroll year.


Generating a P24

  1. Navigate to Finance>Statutory Compliance
  2. Select Generate P-24 from the list of compliance tasks
  3. In the task window, Select the employee & payroll year
  4. Press Generate P-24.
  5. The report window will open with the P-24 certificate.
